Board-certified physician Angel Paas, MD, is the founder, owner, and medical director of Spa La Paz—a boutique aesthetic and wellness practice in Kennesaw, Georgia built from the trust, loyalty, and growing demand of patients from her highly respected women’s health practice, Kennesaw Gynecology.
What makes Spa La Paz different begins with Dr. Paas herself. In an industry where many med spas operate under absentee medical directors or corporate oversight models, Dr. Paas remains directly involved in patient care and personally performs many of the practice’s most advanced procedures herself. Patients are not handed off to rotating providers or treated within a high-volume, sales-driven environment.
Instead, Spa La Paz was intentionally created to deliver a more elevated, ethical, physician-guided experience where patient relationships, individualized care, safety, and long-term outcomes always come first.

She earned her medical degree from the East Carolina University Brody School of Medicine, where she graduated in the top 10% of her class and was inducted into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society.
UNC Chapel Hill
Dr. Paas completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she developed extensive experience in women’s health, surgery, preventive medicine, hormone management, reproductive endocrinology, and patient-centered care.
Her background in women’s health and endocrine medicine provides a uniquely advanced level of clinical understanding that influences every aspect of Spa La Paz—particularly in areas such as:
